When we work with partners, both introducers and panel Law Firm, most of the work before launching is on refining and testing the customer journey. A poor customer journey can have a huge detrimental affect on metrics, commercials, customer outcomes and ultimately relationships; therefore we take our time to create water tight processes to mitigate all risks.
Once signed off we then test run the customer journeys with small numbers of cases to ensure each potential attrition point has been effectively planned for. We’re proud of the work we do with our partners and it shows in the relationships we have forged and the testimonials we have received.
